7. Fees and Payments

Some services on JobberFi may require payment. All fees are clearly disclosed via contracts before proceeding. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Recruiting services for employers may be governed by separate signed agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on JobberFi.com including logos, designs, graphics, text, and software is owned or licensed by JobberFi and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

*Post false, misleading, or defamatory information

*Upload viruses, spam, or malicious code

*Interfere with the functionality or integrity of the platform

*Use JobberFi for any purpose other than professional hiring or job seeking within the mortgage industry

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
